Hey! I'm Danielle! I am a 19 year old in Australia who is passionate about mental health and mental illness. I started my Instagram account @so_mental_ to share quotes, sayings and information about mental health and mental illnesses. Mental health is becoming more widely talked about especially on social media, while Mental Illness still seems to have the negative stigma around it. I am so happy I can use these platforms to share information and help others look past the negativity created by misinformed people and misleading media representations.
