Apps I Use To Maintain & Improve My Mental Health!!

Using apps is a great way to manage/improve your mental health. There are a few really great ones out there and I’m going to be showing you some of the ones I use.

Headspace:

Headspace is such a good way to be more mindful and present. I have been using this app for about a month now and I absolutely love it! The app itself is free but there are some things in the app that require a membership. I do not have the membership and you still get a lot out of it!

There are different sections and activities in the app such as sections for Sleep, Focus, Moving and The Basics or mindfulness. I use the Basics and I have definitely noticed a change in my mindset after using them.

I would 100% recommend this app!!!

Reflectly:

I think reflectly is a well-known app for journaling your thoughts and emotions. It is pretty much just a digital journal! The creators of Reflectly also have a “Growth Bundle” on the app store, all of them are completely free and look amazing!

In this app there are a bunch of different prompts for expressing your emotions and lots of options if you can’t express your feelings into words without a little help.

Remente:

This is a new one that I have just started using but I helps you set and track goals, add notes about your day, log your mood and improve on certain areas of your life with a Life Balance Reflection Chart as your guide.

I am already loving this app and highly recommend it!
